Jesus on the cross

In february it was my dad's birthday so I wanted to draw something for him. I found a book with pictures from the movie "The Passion Of The Christ" and found a picture of Jesus hanging at the cross. I thought it was a very good picture to draw for him so I started to draw. First I drew the head to be sure it was somewhat in the center of the picture. Then I worked my way out from the center and lastly I drew the small little details. Even though I'm not fully satisfied with the look on his face and other small things I think it turned out pretty well and I'm proud of the final result.

Muscular arm

Some months ago (before I started the blog) I drew this drawing of an arm following a step by step drawing book. It took some time and I don't know if love this particular step by step method but I think it turned out pretty well though. Just wanted to show you :)

Sorry for the bad quality btw.

New drawing gear (again)

4th of june was my birthday and I got many cool presents including this new sketch pad and some more pencils! This time it was colour pencils. We thought that I could come up with ideas and test things out in this sketch pad and then make the final results in the other one I got some time ago. I'll be sure to update you with the newest drawings I make.
Be sure you also check out my other drawing gear in one of my previous posts

Drawing of Harry Potter (Not Finished yet)

Just a little sneak peak of a new drawing.
This time it's Harry Potter.
This is my reference photo (drawing)
I know mine's not as good as this
but that's why I'm practicing right?

My first drawing with the new kit

This is my first drawing using the new drawing stuff i got. It's a drawing of a lantern and it's inspired by
the front picture of the sketch pad. Took about 20 minutes to draw.
